Jolie Schwab
Chair
Jolie Schwab represented clients in broadcast and cable television, film and video, theater, dance, and the visual arts in her 20 year career as an entertainment lawyer at Proskauer Rose and later at the ABC television network. In addition to the major studios and networks, she represented producers, artists, foundations and non-profit arts organizations and interacted with a wide range of business executives and creative personnel. Retiring from the practice of law in 1999, much of Jolie’s professional work over the last 8 years has been devoted to public education in New York City. She created and implemented programs to bring corporate and business support to New York City public schools through her position as Director of Special Projects at Pencil, Inc. and has served as President of the parent body of a large specialized public high school in New York City. In addition to her active patronage of both theater and arts organizations in New York, Jolie is an oil painter and most days can be found in her studio on the west side of Manhattan working on portraits and various representational and abstract landscapes. A graduate of Brandeis (’78) and Columbia Law School (’80) Jolie is married and has 3 children.
Jolie joined the Replications, Inc. Board in 2006 and was elected as the Board Chair in 2009.

Jason P. Albanese
Vice Chair & Treasurer, Chair of Finance Committee
Vice President of Business Development at Exceed, LLC
Jason Albanese has over 12 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Fortune 1000 strategy consultant and business leader. His unique skills bridge the gap that often exists between pure entrepreneurs and corporate management. Most recently, Jason served as the CEO of SageSecure LLC, a market leading e-risk management company. Jason built SageSecure LLC into a multi-million dollar business, attracting premier clients in media, natural resources, and financial services industries. Throughout his career building businesses, Jason has accumulated extensive experience as a consultant to some of the world’s top companies. Working with their division leaders and CXOs, he has created business strategies and solutions that maximize the value of information assets resulting in increased efficiency and measurable corporate growth.
Jason is the co- author of "Network Security Illustrated" (McGraw-Hill) an executives’ guide to managing informational risk. He frequently lectures at corporate and industry conferences, has published multiple academic papers on information economics and holds a patent on an integrated communications technology he co-designed. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from Union College.
Jason joined the Replications, Inc. Board in 2008. He currently serves as the Vice Chair and Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee and member of the Nominating Committee.

Kip Davis
Board Member
Senior Manager of Operations at Ipsos Mendelsohn
Kip Davis has over 20 years experience in market research. He is currently employed at Ipsos Mendelsohn as a senior manager working primarily on the Mendelsohn Affluent Survey. Kip has also written for the theatre. He was the story writer for the opera "X, The Life and Times of Malcolm X" produced at New York City Opera in 1986. He has volunteered for many years in youth sports and school activities for his two children and looks forward to helping youth city-wide through his involvement with Replications.
Kip joined the Replications Board in 2009.

Robert Kleeger

Rob Kleeger has led several start‐up entrepreneurial ventures in various technology‐based industries over the past 16 years and prides himself as a well‐seasoned strategic sales, marketing, and business development professional. Rob works with clients to develop strategies and implement cutting‐edge technologies to manage cost and issues related to Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Rob regularly counsels attorneys, business owners, general counsel, and HR professionals about this emerging and rapidly growing field of electronic discovery (eDiscovery). He has also counseled his clients through cases in both the federal and state courts and regularly provides non‐technical lectures to law firms and litigation attorneys and their staff through "lunch & learns".
Rob is co‐founder and board member of the Legal Resource Group, member of The Association of Litigation Support Professionals, former board member and co‐founder of the Garden State Business Network, and many other high quality and profile organizations. Rob has a BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing minor from Roger William University. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Rob joined the Replications Board in 2009.

Jennifer Lotito

Marketing Director, (RED)
Jennifer Lotito brings a wealth of marketing and branding insights to the Board from her 15 years working in advertising, most recently as Senior Partner/Account Director at Ogilvy. Jennifer has experience with global marketers such as American Express, General Motors and IBM. In June 2008, Jennifer joined (RED) a business founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver that brings together world-class brands such as Apple, Gap and Starbucks to create products whose profits help fight AIDS in Africa. Jennifer lives on the Upper West Side with her husband Michael and their two young children, Sophia and Mark.
Jennifer joined the Replications, Inc. Board in June 2007. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Development & Marketing Committee and member of the Nominating Committee.

Brian P. Manning
Board Member
Digital Strategy & Marketing Advisor
Brian is a seasoned digital advisor and business consultant to growing companies, investors, and organizations in the digital space. While driving online strategy and digital marketing as VP of e-Commerce for Scholastic, he launched online stores for core businesses, transformed traditional media into online subscription businesses, and implemented subscriber referral and social marketing programs. Prior to Scholastic, Brian led online customer marketing and web strategy forciticards.com, and defined the integration plan for all Citigroup consumer online banking businesses. Before Citi, he held business and product development leadership roles at Barnes & Noble.com during it's growth from dot com startup to leading eCommerce business. His career began at Accenture, re-engineering direct marketing and inventory processes for clients such as Reader's Digest and Toys 'R' Us.
He consults and serves on the advisory board of digital startups, as well as serves on development committee and board of directors of Replications, Inc. Brian received a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette University.
Brian joined the Replications, Inc. Board in 2008 and serves on the Development & Marketing Committee.

James Mazza

Director, Institute for Public School Leadership
Jim Mazza has been an administrator in the New York City public school system for over 30 years. During his tenure, he served as the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent of Community School District 3, Principal of Anne Hutchinson Primary School/P.S. 78 in the Bronx, Assistant Principal of Daniel Hale Middle School/I.S. 180, and Assistant Director of the Northeast Bronx Education Park. Jim is currently a Director of the Institute for Public School Leadership and Mercy College.
Jim has served on the Replications, Inc. Board since 1998.

Jeffrey Alan Simes
Secretary & Legal Counsel
Partner, Goodwin Procter LLP
Jeff Simes is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he has significant experience with complex business litigation, including securities and corporate governance, government and internal investigations, commercial disputes, intellectual property, insurance and products liability. Jeff has worked on a wide variety of significant civil cases in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level throughout the country. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Jeff was an attorney at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett in New York City, where he gained extensive litigation experience with complex litigation including antitrust, patent, insurance and business contracts. In 2001-02, Jeff was on leave from Goodwin Procter to serve as Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. In this capacity, he prosecuted numerous crimes in the Cambridge District Court. With prior experience as a public school teacher in Brooklyn, New York, Jeff has also performed significant pro bono work in the area of education. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty as well as the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, for which he serves as Chair of the Education Committee.
Jeff joined the Replications, Inc. Board in 2007 and currently serves as Legal Counsel and member of the Charter School Planning Team.
